Arsenal Fc according to mirror.co.uk are unwilling to increase the
transfer fee of 40 million plus one already offered to liverpool for
suarez as they believe they have already met the required price that
will make him eligible to speak with Arsene Wenger on his transfer to
the club, but liverpool are unyielding and believe the striker will
remain at anfield.
