Its like the game against liverpool again as Arsenal trail Chelsea
with four goals. Five minutes and Samuel Etóo had already scored.
Olivier Giroud couldn't score for Arsenal but Etóo didn't waste the
chance at the other end as he sent a curling effort into the corner of
the post. Two minutes later and Andre Schurrle put it in again. The
drama of the half came in the fifteenth minute as Alex
Oxlade-chamberlain dives to punch a ball wide of goal, then referee
Andre Marriner made the mistake of his life by sending Kierian Gibbs
off instead of oxlade-chamberlain. Eden Hazard didn't fail to make
the penalty count as it became 3-0. Oscar in the 42nd minute again
scored to make it four.
Second half soon started with Flamini and Jenkinson soon coming on for
Oxlade-chamberlain and Koscielny respectively but goals from Oscar and
the substitute Salah made it six to make it an afternoon to forget for
Wenger. It seems Arsenal lack courage to take on fellow contenders as
this game adds to the list of games this season where Arsenal have
conceded more than four goals.
All hope not lost though as Arsenal still have a game in hand, but
these guys need to pick themselves up.
