One goal settles it all. Arsenal still the better side.

   Oliver Giroud was the name on the lips of arsenal fans today as arsenal defeated their north london rival with a llone goal. Arsenal looked sharp in all areas of the field as rosicky, ramsey and cazorla marshalled the midfield. Olivier giroud was solid upfront and mertesacker, and koscielny controlled the defence. Tottenham threw all they had against wenger's boys but they kept repelling everything.
   More than a £100 million was playing against £0 and the difference was still there; arsenal remains the better side. I was watching the game and someone sitting behind me said if he wakes up at the end of the season and tottenham came second on the log then it means arsenal would have won the league.
   This game today only serves to prove one thing, that Arsene wenger was right in believing in his boys. This is not to say arsenal doesn't need anymore signings because the team still lacks depth and also lacks "the fear factor" but given the right attitude and good luck concerning injuries, then wenger's boys can hold their ground against any team.
   Its still early in the season though but the team needs the fan's support to end the season well. Also wenger shouldn't forget to strengthen more. Olivier Giroud is definitely better and confident now than last season and should trouble goalkeepers this season but the team still needs one more striker.
