Arsenal win community shield

Arsenal defeated arch rivals Chelsea at wembley stadium today in the
community shield regarded as the season's curtain raiser. A lone goal
from Alex-oxlade Chamberlain was enough to defeat Mourinho's men. The
likes of Mesut Ozil, Ramsey, Walcott, and a host of other first team
players were on call for Arsenal while Chelsea paraded the likes of
Ivanovic, Terry, Remy and other top players as well. Peter Cech
started for Arsenal today and displayed the safe hands needed to keep
Chelsea men's shots out.
The season will effectively start next week and let's hope Arsenal
can carry this display into the new season.
