What a lovely day it is here today. The cloud's just clearing up after
the midnight rain and its a day which promises much for hardworking
people. It makes me wonder and think about tomorrow, how tomorrow
means a lot for so many Arsenal fans. Its Arsenal vs Wigan athletic in
the FA cup semi final clash. The sleeping giant who has not won a
trophy for more than 8 years vs the team from the relegation who are
the current holders of the trophy. Its not just about a match again
but about the trophy. This match tomorrow means much to Wenger as it
also means a lot to all the fans as qualification for the champions
league seems not to be in our control any longer. We surrendered
control to Everton last weekend as we could not put up any fight
against our fellow top four contender. A win against Wigan and winning
the FA cup will pacify the fans a little bit as many are tired of the
failures of the past eight years. It will also serve as a plus for
Wenger who has been seen by many as the man responsible for all
Arsenal's woes. Aaron Ramsey is a welcome addition to the squad as he
will be available for selection. The Wales midfielder came on as a
substitute against Everton last weekend. Mesut Ozil however may not be
back till after this match tomorrow. Wilshere is back running and he
is expected back in the team before the season ends.
