Jack Wilshere will be wearing jersey number 7 for country when England's world cup campaign starts in june according to BBC. The midfielder who sustained injury in march this year came back to help Arsenal win its first trophy in nine years and he could now be set for a key role in Brazil following the release of team numbers by the FA on thursday. Roy Hodgson seems to have his team line up in place if the released squad number is anything to go by.
Manchester united's Wayne Rooney will be wearing the number 10 jersey, Danny Welbeck put on 11 and Daniel Sturridge will wear number 9. Steven Gerrard will wear number 4, Frank Lampard 8, Phil Jagielka will wear 5 and Gary Cahill will wear 6. Glen Johnson and Leighton Baines will wear number 2 and 3 respectively. England goal keeper at the world cup is set to be Joe Hart as he has been handed the number 1 Jersey.
