France international striker Olivier Giroud who scored a brace to kick start his country's world cup warm up matches has revealed that Arsenal cracked under of the premier league title race last season. After spending 128 days atop the table, the gunners slipped to a humiliating 5-1 defeat to liverpool at Anfield but were still able to finish fourth on the log and also won the FA Cup. Giroud said he believes Arsenal lacked maturity and cracked under the intense pressure of the premier league title race. Giroud had a good second season in England and the striker believes there is more to come from him. He still has two years left on his contract at the emirates but he has revealed that there is ongoing negotiation on contract renewal. He is currently with the France squad in preparation for this summer's world cup and has already proven his quality by scouring a brace in their last game.
